Аналитик Бизнес Систем

Permanent position
Full-time – 8 hours per day
Salary - 2500 gross per month, life/ medical insurance, mobile phone, free lunch in the office

Main Responsibilities:
 ETMS system and other information systems, development/improvement, installation of software; fixing IT issues, etc. for both current and new employees;
 Further development/improvement of the system, fixing on-going issues, etc. for both current and new employees;
 Conduct user training in the context of ETMS system and other systems.

Cross-functional Responsibilities:
Provide on-going IT support for both current and new employees (not help desk);
Conduct user training in the context of other IT systems;
Improvement of CRM/Finance/IT systems in the company.
Experience:
 CRM/ERP systems Improvement
 3-5 years at the similar position (CRM implementation consultant, business analyst, CRM project manager)
Skills:
 Proficient in Windows 2K/XP, MS Office, Ms Project, MS SQL/Oracle, Crystal Report or other, Lotus Notes;
 Good English;
 Excellent analytical and communication skills, business-oriented, accurate, responsible.
